The chalkboard footpath sign has a large area for promotional messages and includes a water filled base for maximum stability with optional wheels. Perfect for cafes, restaurants, event centres and retail stores.

The chalkboard surface is a special self-adhesive vinyl we apply to the surface of the boards, it's not a chalkboard paint. The advantages are a smoother more durable finish, even colour, and works well with chalk sticks and most liquid chalk pens. We also provide a test piece of chalkboard vinyl to test the pens on to ensure they are compatible.

The signboard is made from an aluminium composite material (ACM). These boards have a black polyethylene core sandwiched between 2 thin aluminium panels, which form the outer surface. The result is a smooth, strong, lightweight sheet which will not rust or deteriorate when used outdoors.
